I’ve been tooling around with the blog’s layout
for a good bit now (I started at 12am, it’s now 3:45am).
I keep running into little cross browser minutia that causes the
rendering of the pages to go awry. This is rather frustrating
as I’d like to have just ONE damned css page for the site.
Roar. Anyway blojsom rocks, its damned easy to setup.
Once you realize that each user specified must have a config file/setup
in existance or the whole thing wont work. I’m running it out of jboss/tomcat,
and its pretty speedy. I have it hidden behind an apache setup with
some mod_rewrite and reverse proxy rules. It’s not that hard, and ends up
looking pretty good. Next step moblog, and some public access stuff for the
rit peeps.
